BPIC and its three CHP plants have engaged with the “Banpu Spirit”, the corporate culture employed at its parent company “Banpu” and all subsidiaries. The “Banpu Spirit” values including Innovation, Integrity, Care and Synergy have been promoted amongst employees at all levels of BPIC so that they can follow them as a guideline and apply them to their daily work.
